IGOR [00:05:31] And there’s this funny thing, you know, about food. So there are all these shops but there’s literally a fixed set of products everywhere. Like pasta, rice, and all that of only one type. And it’s the same at the markets. And another thing I really like — how they drink coffee. It’s called tinto, and it’s just black coffee. You take a carafe, put yourself some coffee, pour boiling water and you drink it with bread. People just have breakfast like that, coffee and bread.

MICHAEL [00:06:20] Cool, really, cool. And what else is happening at the markets?

IGOR [00:06:29] At the markets. The market is the centre, the centre of everything. Always. In Bolivia there’s a city that’s just one huge market. The biggest market in South America, maybe even in all of America.
